The host, Manthos, and his family were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The villa also had convenient amenities like laundry facilities and a fully functioning entertainment room. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to Chania and the beautiful beaches of Crete. our stay was amazing, and we are already making plans to return next year.

I had the most incredible stay at this villa! The hosts were extremely welcoming and flexible to all my needs and requests. The villa's photos don't do it justice - it is even more spacious and stunning in person. The terrace views were breathtaking and perfect for relaxing after a day at the nearby beautiful beaches. The villa had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room which made my stay even more convenient. The location was great, with easy access to Chania and the amazing beaches. I would highly recommend renting a car to explore this city and its surroundings. this villa exceeded all my expectations!

The villa is super clean - spacious, and in a great location. We were just a short drive away from Chania harbor and the town center. The hosts - Manthos and Athena - were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. They even prepared a delicious meal for us upon our late arrival. The service provided by the hosts really made our experience exceptional.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. Furthermore, the bathroom facilities were quite cramped, with limited space and not the best shower experience.

Beautiful village with all the amenities you could possibly need. Kalathas beach is perfect for relaxation or water sports. The Old Town is a historical gem. Loved exploring the rocky parcel of land between the two beaches. The home cinema was a great way to unwind.

We absolutely loved our stay at Koukounari Villa in Chania. the villa exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and beautiful views. the fully equipped kitchen and patio barbecue were perfect for family meals and entertaining. the villa also had a laundry room, which was convenient for extended stays. the entertainment room on the lower level was a bonus, serving as both a gym and a place to watch shows and sports matches. the location was great for exploring Chania and having a car allowed us to easily visit the beautiful beaches nearby.

The closest beach, Kalathas, was the ideal choice for both relaxing moments by the sea and water sports enthusiasts. The wide green yard provided us with plenty of space for all kinds of activities, such as ping-pong. The villa itself was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location, with a tranquil forest nearby, was perfect for relaxing walks. it was an amazing place for our family holiday.

For dads, it would be great to have a playground for the children.
